In a communication dated April 7th, Primus Business Services announced the acquisition of Unlimitel Inc. One of the resulting benefits of the acquisition is an expanded support organization for Unlimitelís customers.
In an effort to keep you informed during the transition, please note that beginning Monday, April 25th, 2011, calls to the Unlimitel support number will be handled by Primus Business Support.
The support team will be undergoing one week of training with Stephan Monette to ensure proper handling of calls and questions. Stephan will be on hand to assist with questions and to direct the support staff in the handling of the calls.
During this time, you may experience longer than normal wait times. We ask for your patience during this period as the staff becomes more familiar with your services.
