Is this server running on a virtualized server?
- Absolutely not. In order to avoid problems with synchronisation, we dedicate a Warp IP-PBX appliance with a single FXS port for synchronisation. With this type of setup, you get crystal clear voice prompts, conference bridges and voip calls.

Who manage the software upgrades?
- Our qualified personel will take care of upgrading the systems to the latest release at no extra charges.
- You can also backup your system and download the backup file to your station for more security.

How do I manage my hosted IP-PBX system?
How much does it cost?
- We charge $100.00/month for our Hosted IP-PBX platform with up to 50 telephone extensions
- Each telephone extension includes it's own voicemail account
- We charge $3.50/month for your telephone number
- All incoming calls are charged 1.1cents/minute
- All outgoing calls local to our network are charged 1.1cents/minute
- All outgoing calls long distance to our network are charged 1.0cent/minute
- We charge a setup fee of $150.00 to setup your hosted IP-PBX server

Can I resell Unlimitel's Hosted IP-PBX services?
Yes you can resell our hosted IP-PBX services. Check our volume discount:
- From 1 to 3 Hosted IP-PBX server: $100.00/month each.
- From 4-10 Hosted IP-PBX servers: $75.00/month each.
- From 11 Hosted IP-PBX servers and more: $65.00/month each.
